Yes. Our procurement team sources all raw materials from our network of 26 verified Halal-certified suppliers. If your formulation requires a specific ingredient that is not currently in our supply chain, we will source it from a JAKIM-recognised Halal supplier or help you identify suitable alternatives. We provide full Halal documentation and supply chain traceability for every ingredient used in your product.

We provide comprehensive documentation support for product notification submissions to the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA). This includes Certificates of Analysis (COA), batch production records, GMP compliance certificates, stability data, and product specifications. While the notification submission itself is made by the product registrant (your company or your appointed regulatory agent), we supply all the manufacturing documentation required to support a successful application.

Standard production runs take 4 to 8 weeks from raw material procurement to finished goods delivery, depending on order volume and ingredient availability. New formulations requiring development and stability testing typically add 3 to 6 weeks. We maintain safety stock of common packaging materials to reduce lead times. Rush orders can be accommodated with advance scheduling.

Every production batch undergoes a full panel of independent, ISO-accredited third-party tests: identity verification (organoleptic and instrumental), microbial limits (total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella), and heavy metals screening (lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium). Complementing these lab analyses, we conduct seal integrity testing and package leak detection in-house. An official Certificate of Analysis is issued directly by the third-party laboratory for each batch.
